A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Managed Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical troubleshooting for high-severity incidents and conduct root cause analysis
Monitor application performance and database integrity, ensuring compliance with SLAs
Manage releases and deployments, providing support for CI / CD pipelines and configuration management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience
Proficiency in Spring Boot microservices, Spring Batch, and Node.js
Experience with Apache, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Git, and Jenkins
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
Ability to create and update knowledge management documentation for support teams
