Key Responsibilities
Conduct prospecting and lead generation to identify and qualify potential target accounts
Execute hyper-personalized outreach and run targeted outbound campaigns
Collaborate with teams to support go-to-market initiatives and gather market insights
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the SaaS or ERP industry
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales KPIs in B2B environments
Strong understanding of NetSuite or ERP software preferred
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment while maintaining accountability to team goals
