If yes, how you will contribute to the team :

As the Licensed Social Worker (LSW) , you will assist in the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. You will assist each resident and their family in adjusting to placement, illness, and the plan of care, ensuring they attain the highest practicable level of functioning.
