What You'll Do

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to facilitate their functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Apply proven techniques to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and strategies to ensure progress continues in their everyday environments.
• Track and Evaluate Progress : Maintain detailed documentation and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to promote positive outcomes for each individual.
