Job Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using both standardized assessments and observational methodologies.
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to meet both immediate goals and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.
• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions addressing a wide spectrum of needs including communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.
• Work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to formulate comprehensive care plans.
• Provide patient and family education to enhance therapeutic progress outside of clinical settings.
• Occasionally participate in inpatient speech evaluations and therapy, ensuring seamless transitions in care.
