Responsibilities
Lead project management for sustainability goals and initiatives, including workplans, timelines, deliverables, and risk / issue tracking.
Buil and maintain reporting and metrics related to energy, refrigerant, transportation, packaging, and purchased goods / services usage.
Translate environmental data into dashboards and insights to inform operational decisions, capital planning and customer communications.
Draft, update, and align sustainability-related policies and disclosures with customer expectations and industry standards.
Develop sustainability responses for customer RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
Manage submissions to common sustainability reporting platforms and ratings.
Establish processes, templates, and controls for high-quality data collection, documentation, and audit readiness across sites and functions.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners (consultants, data vendors, auditors, logistics partners) to deliver on commitments.
Qualifications and Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science / Engineering, Public Policy, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in sustainability, GHG accounting, consulting, or project management; exposure to logistics, warehousing, or regulated industries is a plus.
Experience collecting and analyzing environmental data and translating findings into business insights.
Demonstrated experience drafting sustainability policies and completing customer RFPs / questionnaires.
Working knowledge of the GHG Protocol and familiarity with SBTi concepts.
Strong writing, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency with greenhouse gas accounting for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 under the GHG Protocol.
Analytical fluency in Excel / Google Sheets; ability to clean data, document assumptions, and build clear visuals and dashboards.
Excellent written communication; skilled at drafting policies and precise, customer-facing RFP responses.
Stakeholder management and influence without authority; crisp, executive-ready communication.
Detail orientation and process discipline suited to regulated, quality-driven operations.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ratings platforms is a plus.
Comfort with collaboration and BI tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet / Asana, Power BI / Tableau) preferred.
