Job Description :

This person will contribute to the companys success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies sub-assemblies or end products

Essential Functions :

• Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
• Follows an engineered assembly process.
• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Train and mentor other assemblers when required.
• Working in multi-functional teams.
• Touch up and Rework of electronics boards.
• Previous assembly experience & skills
• Strong mechanical background
• Harris product knowledge
• Microsoft Office programs experience
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing skills
• IPC 7711 certification

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior assembly experience 2 year post-secondary / AA Degree and 2 years prior assembly experience

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role is $19.47 - $36.06.
