Director of AI

A company is looking for a Director of AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a high performing team of data scientists and AI specialists

Drive the AI roadmap and set technical direction across Generative AI and machine learning

Oversee the development of core AI systems, including content generation and personalization engines

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, or data science, with hands-on experience in Generative AI

Strong capability in designing AI architectures and developing real-world AI systems

Experience leading technical teams in collaborative environments

Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Experience with modern AI tooling such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks (beneficial but not required)
