Job Summary :
The Vice President - North America Mergers & Acquisitions will play a critical leadership role in shaping the companys growth strategy through targeted acquisitions strategic partnerships divestitures and corporate venture initiatives. This executive will lead cross-functional teams through the full deal lifecyclesourcing evaluating negotiating closing and integrating transactions. The VP M&A will partner closely with senior executives across Finance Strategy
Product Technology Legal and HR to ensure deals are aligned with the companys long-term strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities :
M&A Strategy and Process
Partner closely with the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive end-to-end deal execution including target research due diligence valuation and pricing negotiation and structuring.
Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams throughout diligence and integration phases. This includes effective collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders : executives in operations finance & accounting legal HR senior leadership and support staff.
External parties : acquisition targets investment bankers advisors and legal / regulatory experts.
Must develop and present comprehensive business cases including market analysis strategic fit and financial models to internal stakeholders and external parties.
Provide strategic and financial expertise to manage pre- and post-deal activities ensuring alignment across all functions including HR for integration planning and workforce considerations.
Assist the Global Head of M&A in building and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts including investment banks private equity firms and potential target companies.
Support the full M&A lifecycle from sourcing and underwriting to negotiation execution and integration.
Cross-Organizational Projects
Lead cross-functional teamsincluding finance legal operations HR and business unit leadersto ensure alignment and successful execution of M&A initiatives.
Identify market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic investment decisions across traditional M&A public private and cross-over investments.
Analyze white spaces and adjacencies for potential expansion; develop business cases (market analysis strategic fit economic models and integration plans) and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Consolidate strategic insights into cohesive plans aligned with the companys vision and present opportunities for executive review and approval.
Manage and mentor M&A team members while supporting executives across the organization in evaluating targets and partnerships. Ensure HR collaboration for cultural integration and talent alignment during diligence and post-deal phases.
Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing North American M&A team capable of managing the full deal process from sourcing to integration.
Foster a culture of collaboration performance and continuous learning across all functions including HR partnerships for organizational development.
Business Case Creation and Communication
Develop and present comprehensive business casesincluding market analysis strategic fit economic models and integration plansto executive stakeholders. Ensure HR considerations are incorporated into integration planning and workforce impact
assessments.
Center of Knowledge
Monitor and communicate industry activity including M&A trends shareholder changes minority investments and capacity expansions across strategic sectors.
Ability to maintain a robust database of M&A market intelligence through relationships with external parties such as investment bankers and consultants and related insights to support investment decisions on future M&A transactions.
Financial Analysis
Collaborate with leadership to develop financial models that accurately reflect target performance including forecasts DCF analyses comparable company and transaction analyses and accretion / dilution scenarios.
Requirements :
Hands-on M&A leader with a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.

Education and Experience :
15 years of M&A or corporate development experience within investment banking or similar strategic roles with proven leadership in managing complex transactions.
8 years of leading individual contributors and leaders of teams.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Exceptional planning prioritization and project management skills.
Deep experience in sourcing underwriting negotiating executing and integrating transactions.
Advanced financial acumen and modeling expertise.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to senior management and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding HRfor seamless integration and organizational alignment.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.

Pay Details :
The base compensation range for this position is $280000 - $379000. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications location and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
