[job_card.job_description]16-week initial contract with 13-week renewals Days & nights available with every other weekend required Obtaining vital signs Assisting patients with activities of daily living Maintaining level of observations of patients as ordered Use of therapeutic communication Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Other duties as delegated by and completed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association At least 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting Direct patient care experience within the past 12 months Successful completion of required screenings, including background check, drug test, and competency evaluation American Heart Association CPR card Immunization records Up-to-date resume
