DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This professional social service position is assigned to the Lycoming-Clinton MH / ID Program's Office. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide an immediate response to all individuals and / or families requesting services through the Joinder, to include intake activities, information and referral for individuals and families seeking services outside of the Joinder, documentation of clinical and / or demographic information, mental health and intellectual disability assessments. This position will be supervised by the Joinder Assessment Supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
