As a Security Professional - Defense Patrol in Sykesville, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence at the front desk. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and approachable, responding promptly to inquiries, and communicating clearly with all individuals entering the facility. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
