Must Haves :
Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist from NMTCB or ARRTOR current CT certification PLUS a specialized credential such as : NMTCB’s PET credential OR CT certification for PET technologistsInsight Global is looking for PET / CT Technologists to support outpatient oncology clinics across Texas. You will be responsible for performing PET / CT imaging for oncology patients, combining metabolic (PET) and anatomical (CT) data for diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning. Patient-facing, safety-focused, and quality-driven.
Job Description :
Perform diagnostic PET / CT or CT imaging procedures, including :Injection of radiopharmaceuticals and / or IV contrastAdministration of oral contrastProtocol setup, patient positioning, image reconstruction, filming, and archivingAssist with procedure scheduling and front office workflowEnsure accuracy of patient demographics, report distribution, and file managementSupport clinical data collection for follow-up and educational purposesMaintain safety standards for both patient and technologistConduct daily quality control checks on scanner performanceReport equipment malfunctions or service needsManage patient data and imaging files, including printing, archiving, and transfersUnderstand and respond to IV contrast contraindications and reactionsAbout Insight Global
