What You'll Do :
Provides high-level administrative support to corporate leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., scheduling, correspondence, document preparation)Manages complex calendars, schedules critical meetings, and coordinates logistics including agendas, materials and follow-up itemsPrepares, formats, and maintains confidential reports, presentations, and internal communicationsCoordinates travel arrangements and expense tracking as neededMaintains organized digital and physical filing systems in accordance with Company standardsSupports onboarding, training, logistics and internal events and meetingsServes as a liaison between corporate departments to ensure timely communication and task completionUpholds confidentiality and exercises sound judgment when handling sensitive informationSupports process improvement initiatives and special projects as assignedRequirements
Core Skills & Qualifications (include, but are not limited to) :
Education / Licenses : ?
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a corporate or healthcare-related environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Wod, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint) preferredStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detailPhysical Requirements :
