• UP TO $25 / HR EXPERIENCED DELIVERY DRIVERS

Kairos Enterprises is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high-energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our growing team. Due to the exponential growth of e-commerce, experienced delivery drivers who can take a few more delivery stops can make huge per-stop bonuses. We also have overtime and extra shifts available for anyone who wants to work and make more.

In your role as a FedEx driver, you would report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Boise where you will take the pre-loaded truck, deliver and pick up packages before returning the truck to the terminal. You will be assigned a specific work area where you will be servicing every day. Your responsibilities include : scanning, delivering / picking up packages, pre and post-trip vehicle inspection daily, and superior customer service.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING :

1) Driving experience of over one year

2) A valid regular driver's license

3) Legal status to work in the USA

4) Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years. Minor tickets and accidents OK)

5) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years)

6) Able to pass a physical (including drug test)

7) Clear a 10 year DOT background check

8) Must have conversational English

9) Must be punctual, energetic, reliable, and honest

10) Must be at least 21 years of age
