The CNP Technologist role is part of our multi-skilled Neurodiagnostic team, performing procedures including Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials, Autonomic Testing, and/or Nerve Conduction Studies. Our technologists ensure exceptional patient preparation, accurate data acquisition, and a safe, high-quality testing environment. Additional information about this position.

• Perform advanced nerve conduction studies (NCS) and provide specialized technical support for physician-performed electromyography (EMG) in an academic clinical setting.
• Practice with a high degree of autonomy, applying advanced clinical judgment and technical expertise to ensure safe, accurate, and diagnostically rigorous studies across a wide range of neuromuscular disorders.
• Select, tailor, and execute study protocols in alignment with evidence-based guidelines, optimizing data quality through real-time troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
• Communicate relevant technical findings clearly and effectively to supervising physicians, fellows, residents, and trainees to support clinical decision-making, education, and research initiatives.
• Support the academic mission through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participation in teaching activities, and contribution to continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Build and maintain patient and provider trust through clear communication, patient education, and compassionate, professional care.
• Ensure compliance with all institutional, regulatory, and departmental standards related to quality, safety, ethics, and patient privacy.
