Responsibilities

• Assess clients' finances and advise on suitable mortgage options.
• Calculate Income and evaluate debt to income ratio.
• Conduct credit analysis to evaluate borrower eligibility.
• Complete loan applications and gather initial documents to submit to processing.
• Structure loan terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process.
• Stay updated on agency guidelines and lender overlays
• Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements, including TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to ensure smooth loan closings.

Requirements

Loan Origination or Loan Processing - 2 Years (Preferred)

Sales : 1 year (Preferred)

Familiar with DU / LP

Ability to calculate Income and evaluate DTI

Encompass or Similar LOS - 1 Year (Preferred)

MLO License (or ability to get licensed within 6 months)
