A company is looking for a Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team to assist the Medicare population through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services
Overcome barriers to ensure members receive necessary health services
Educate members on health decisions and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
High computer literacy, with proficiency in Windows and web-based applications
Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
Experience in call center or outreach roles involving members / consumers
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
