As a Payroll Coordinator at Horizon, you will :

• Oversee payroll processing for all companies and employees.
• Complete all payroll-related reporting for both internal and external use.
• Process W2’s and 1095’s.
• Oversee all payroll-related UKG updates.
• Oversee 401k contributions and loan payments.
• Set up any new states and oversees out-of-state payroll and reporting.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Hours :

This position is full-time from Monday – Friday.

Compensation

Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. This position starts with a salary range of $55,000 - $63,000. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.

This position entails eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for your commitment to work in this role for at least one year. A change in scheduled hours or location of employment may impact eligibility of bonus.
