Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating quality customer leads primarily through door-to-door canvassing, and secondarily by working at public events and retail locations as needed. This sales-oriented role is focused on creating opportunities for our Design Consultants, who will complete the in-home sales process.

• Memorize and confidently deliver approved sales scripts.
• Travel to assigned neighborhoods and company events to engage potential customers.
• Foster conversations with homeowners to identify needs and explain our products and services.
• Generate high-quality leads for in-home consultations.
• Set and confirm appointments with our Call Center team.
• Collaborate regularly with the Sales team to share ideas and learn best practices.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
