Location : Northeast Pennsylvania Job Type : Part-Time with potential for Full-Time

Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating quality customer leads primarily through door-to-door canvassing, and secondarily by working at public events and retail locations as needed. This sales-oriented role is focused on creating opportunities for our Design Consultants, who will complete the in-home sales process.

Essential Functions

  • Memorize and confidently deliver approved sales scripts.
  • Travel to assigned neighborhoods and company events to engage potential customers.
  • Foster conversations with homeowners to identify needs and explain our products and services.
  • Generate high-quality leads for in-home consultations.
  • Set and confirm appointments with our Call Center team.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Sales team to share ideas and learn best practices.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Competencies & Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for door-to-door canvassing and direct customer engagement.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand positively and respectfully.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset to work independently and drive results.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Outdoor work required in all weather conditions.
  • Frequent travel to neighborhoods and event sites within our Northeast PA territory.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

    • Education & Experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
