Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver in Ormond Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the community. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication while embodying our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Pay Rate : $17.60 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.
  • Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards and report findings according to site guidelines.
  • Assist residents and guests with inquiries and provide directions or support as needed.
  • Collaborate with property management and / or local authorities when incidents arise, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
