Your Opportunity : Venture Solutions (a Taylor company) is seeking a experienced Senior .Net Developer.

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead development projects from design through delivery, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for the development team by mentoring junior and mid-level developers and serving as a technical point of escalation
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across the team
• Assign development tasks, guide implementation approaches, and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Support developers by helping troubleshoot complex technical challenges, production issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Maintain, enhance, and debug existing VB.NET applications while actively driving modernization efforts in C#
• Lead and contribute to refactoring efforts to reduce technical debt and improve long-term system stability
• Participate in application design, system architecture, and technical decision-making with an enterprise-level mindset
• Collaborate closely with QA, Business Analysts, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures with a focus on performance and data integrity
• Analyze and resolve database-related issues, including long-running queries and resource contention
• Design, implement, and support integrations using RESTful APIs and service-based architectures
• Ensure proper error handling, logging, and monitoring are built into applications
• Support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-release validation activities
• Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams of multiple developers, contributing to shared ownership and team success
• Continuously evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to technology, tools, and processes

Theanticipatedannual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
