The Senior Policy Manager primarily serves as the lead in evolving all NCQA Evaluation Products (e.g. accreditations recognitions certifications) in preparation for a new survey system. This position works across Product and Customer Operations units and NCQA departments and demonstrates collaborative leadership. The position is responsible for in-market product enhancements as a standards writer to ensure modernization and alignment of NCQA products. The position also develops and implements a modular product framework that fosters value-based linkages between physician practices health plans and other organizations as applicable. The position also coordinates with others to ensure operational processes and systems align with ongoing product modifications.
The Senior Policy Manager has and maintains a current knowledge of the healthcare industry and works collaboratively across the organization to help advance NCQAs mission. After all products are implemented in the new survey system the senior manager will continue to work on the Evaluation Programs Development team.
