Duration : 13 Weeks (12 / 15 / 2025 – 03 / 14 / 2026)

Shift : 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 3 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM

Estimated Hours : 40 hours / week

Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2026

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience – Required
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (healthcare or manufacturing environment) – Required
• CRCST certification – Required
• Strong knowledge of ANSI / AAMI standards, IFUs, OSHA regulations, and infection control practices – Required
• Experience overseeing decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments – Required
• Proven ability to supervise, schedule, and lead sterile processing technicians – Required
• Experience conducting quality assurance audits and maintaining accurate documentation – Required
• Familiarity with medical device reprocessing and surgical instrumentation – Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and timekeeping systems – Required
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills – Required
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment – Required
