Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations.

Wendy's Shift Supervisor :

• Get great results while creating a warm, welcoming place for both employees and customers
• Grow management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Foster a Team atmosphere
• Will be required to work opening, mid and closing shifts.
• Work with the assistant or general manager to run an effective shift according to Wendy's guidelines.

What we expect from you

Be able to carry upto 50 lbs.

Be able to work all available shifts.

Good communication skills required to handle customer complaints and also training staff members

Must have at least 1 year experience as a shift manager in fast food environment
