Job Description

Northwestern Medicine Health Network Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in McHenry, IL, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment.

Highlights :

• Join a team of 8 Primary Care Physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm with flexible schedule
• Call responsibilities : One week every 6 months
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
• Multispecialty clinic with Immediate Care Center
• Hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals
• EPIC electronic health system
