Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and retain a top performing sales team
Lead and coach sales representatives to consistently exceed quotas
Analyze team performance data to suggest improvements to sales processes and training
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives
4+ years of experience in a new business quota-carrying sales position
Proven track record of overachievement against individual and team quotas
Experience in performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus
Ability to cultivate a high-performance, retention-focused team culture
