Key Responsibilities
Own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring adoption, performance, and growth
Collaborate with customer product and engineering teams to design, deploy, and optimize solutions
Drive measurable outcomes across KPIs, troubleshoot integration challenges, and advocate for customer priorities
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Technical CSM or similar
Proven success in managing enterprise customer relationships and driving growth
Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and debugging workflows
Experience advising product / engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a product and guide customers effectively
