Data Visualization : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business units to gather requirements and develop reporting solutions tailored to their needs. Data Integrity & Governance : Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across business units by conducting data quality checks and audits. Performance Metrics & KPI Development : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create tracking mechanisms for measuring business performance. Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in data workflows or business processes and recommend automation or optimization strategies. Database Queries & Extraction : Utilize SQL, Python, or other tools to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources. Support Business Intelligence Initiatives : Assist in enterprise-wide analytics projects, data modeling efforts, and predictive analysis to support company goals. Ad-hoc Analysis : Provide on-demand analytical support to teams and leadership as needed. Regular and reliable attendance in person as required by your Supervisor, Company guidelines, and / or project and office obligations. Analytical Proficiency : Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive meaningful business insights. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Python or R is a plus. Data Modeling & Management : Understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes. Problem-Solving : Ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop data-driven solutions. Communication & Storytelling : Strong ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable business recommendations. Stakeholder Engagement : Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams to meet business needs. Additional Differentiators : Experience with machine learning models, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics is a plus. Utilizes Microsoft Office-based applications and project management software systems appropriate for this role.
