Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers for healthcare services and screenings
Address barriers to members' health and provide educational support for health decisions
Document conversations accurately in the member's health record
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
Experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred
