Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM

Pay Rate : up to $18 / hr, paid weekly!

Ocean Export Coordinator Job Description :

• Documentation Management : Prepare and maintain accurate export and import documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Shipping Oversight : Coordinate and monitor the entire export process, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay informed on international trade laws, tariffs, and customs requirements to avoid delays and penalties.
