Job Responsibilities

  • Process invoices
  • Inventory with BIL
  • Data Entry
  • Preparation of daily bank deposit.
  • Receipt and handling of cash, check and EFT payments.
  • Applying / posting payments to customer accounts.
  • Tracking open A / R for a 2,000 plus customer base.
  • Open new accounts
  • Supplier bill backs for rebates and sampling
  • Assist CFO in special projects
  • Assist Route Reconciliation
  • Providing accounting support to the sales team.

Qualifications :

  • Must have basic accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Quickbooks.
  • Must be highly organized and able to function in a fast paced environment.
  • Have courteous and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • $21 per hour (max of 45 hours per week)

  • 401 K (3% to 5% of your yearly pay)
  • Paid vacation time :
  • 1-week (5 days) After / During 1 year of employment (3 months - 1 day, 6 months - 2 days, 9 months - 3 days, 12 months - 5 days)
  • 2-weeks (10 days) After 2 years of employment
  • 3-weeks (15 days) After 10 years of employment
  • 4-weeks (20 days) After 15 years of employment
  • Company pays 50% of uniforms up to $175 per year
