ComResource is looking for a Program Manager (Hypercare).

We need someone to assist in leading post–go-live support efforts by coordinating issue management, driving resolution, and ensuring accountability across large, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate a cohesive post–go-live support structure
  • Capture, track, and report issues across teams and partners
  • Lead detailed resolution calls and drive accountability
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Support program and project management activities as needed

Essentials :

  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities independently
  • Experience working on large, complex programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours

    • Desired :

  • Program or project management experience
  • Large enterprise or transformation project experience
