ComResource is looking for a Program Manager (Hypercare).
We need someone to assist in leading post–go-live support efforts by coordinating issue management, driving resolution, and ensuring accountability across large, matrixed teams.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate a cohesive post–go-live support structure
- Capture, track, and report issues across teams and partners
- Lead detailed resolution calls and drive accountability
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support program and project management activities as needed
