Description :
A Facilities Supervisor works in partnership with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of buildings and grounds. This role helps ensure facilities meet organizational needs by coordinating routine maintenance, sanitation, ammonia systems, and utilities, while collaborating with staff and vendors to keep systems running smoothly. The Facilities Supervisor supports budget planning, helps guide and develop team members, and works closely with others to maintain compliance with employee and food safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning, strengthening teamwork across departments, building strong vendor partnerships, supporting emergency preparedness and response, coordinating space and equipment needs, and maintaining a solid understanding of facility-related financial resources to support operational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Maintenance & Operations : Directing repairs, ensuring functionality of systems (ammonia and degree systems, forklift and facility equipment, facility damages, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), overseeing sanitation, landscaping, and groundskeeping.
- Health & Safety : Implementing safety procedures, conducting daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, food safety compliance and working with the team to ensure emergency preparedness.
- Vendor & Contract Management : Coordinating and managing third-party contractor relationships for services like maintenance, repairs, and sanitation.
- Budget & Finance : Ensuring expenses are in alignment with budgets, managing expenses, and overseeing utility usage.
- Staff Supervision : Managing and training maintenance, janitorial, and other facilities staff, if needed, using the HGW and approved SOPs.
- Project Management : Assisting General Manager with renovations, new builds and facility improvements.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborating with General Manager and across teams to ensure facility infrastructure supports company growth, goals, and long-term planning.

Performing regular facility inspections and risk assessments.Responding to facility emergencies and service requests.Maintaining detailed records of maintenance, services, and contracts.Communicating safety protocols and procedures timely.Requirements :
