The Role
Responsible for producing reporting deliverables, insights, and analytical narratives to support and inform strategic decision-making by Strategy and Investment teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Insights Development and Reporting
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables surrounding campaign performance
- Develop vital data-supported insights for all analytics deliverables
- Ensure that all data-gathering requirements for campaigns are technically fulfilled
- Be the ultimate gatekeeper of accuracy and quality of all data for analysis, and ensure that all analytical conclusions / recommendations are data-supported
- Develop proficiency with all software and tools used for data / campaign analysis and reporting
- Have an intimate knowledge of the client’s brand and product details
- Be proactive : Show interest in constantly learning and growing
Integration
Work collaboratively with multiple groups both internally and externally (client and creative agency) to obtain all necessary information to produce analytics deliverablesConsistently enforce and streamline efficient workflow and process procedures and ensure that all deliverable expectations are managedClient Responsibilities
Represent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and industryEnsure that all deliverables deadlines are met, including involving all appropriate parties to manage expectations internally and externally, if necessaryEffectively communicate all performance analysis / insights into an easily understood narrative for internal and external stakeholdersContribute to an open and supportive working environment where opinions, views, and ideas are welcome and sharedEnsure that a broader view of client needs and strategies is represented in all analysesQualifications :
Self-starter with proven ability to drive projects from start to finish promptlyPossess a solid ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibilityAbility to build and maintain strong internal and externalrelationshipsPractical verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and actionable wayA collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a matrix structureExperience & Education :
Bachelor’s Degree2-4 years of experience in AnalyticsProven ability to drive projects from start to finishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skills, ability to communicate with internal managers and clientsPossess a robust and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibilityStrong ability to problem-solve and to use data to develop / confirm answersHigh-level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly ExcelProficiency with data manipulation through data interfaces and SQL-based queries, a plusProficiency with social reporting / analysis tools is a plusProficiency with setup, execution, and analysis of qualitative / attitudinal study data is a plusStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to follow throughExtremely detail-oriented and preciseProven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationshipsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and model development, a plusSolid foundation in probability, statistics, calculus, and linear algebra for model development and result interpretation, a plusAbility to collect, clean, transform, and manage raw data effectively, a plusExperience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries (Matplotlib, Pandas) to create compelling visualizations and communicate findings to non-technical audiences, a plusSalary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.
In-Office Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
