Continuous Improvement Manager Mason MI

Salary Range : $95000 - $142000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Train coach and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
  • Identify and analyze process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks in manufacturing operations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement problem-solving and operational excellence.
  • Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across manufacturing lines.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g. Kaizen 5S VSM).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive measurable operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

    • Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
  • Experience applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
