ROLE IMPACT
The HRIS Transition Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient HR system transitions. This role supports the CHRO by coordinating HRIS project activities, maintaining data integrity, testing new system functionalities, and developing documentation that supports successful end-user adoption. Effective performance in this position ensures reliable HR data, seamless system implementation, and strong cross-departmental collaboration between HR and Finance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with full-cycle HRIS project coordination, including system transitions, data migration, and module rollouts
- Manage data mapping, validation, auditing, and migration efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout system changes
- Develop and execute system test plans—including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing—to confirm alignment with business requirements
- Identify opportunities for workflow enhancement, process optimization, and automation within HR operations
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and end-user training guides
- Provide timely user support for HRIS-related inquiries during transition periods
- Collaborate with HR leadership and the finance team to gather requirements, communicate updates, and resolve system-related issues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2–3 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or managing HR dataDemonstrated experience conducting system testing and producing technical documentationAdministrative experience with TriNet (required)Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to accuracy and detailProficiency with data analysis and reporting toolsStrong project management capabilities with the ability to manage timelines and prioritize competing tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
