Registered Nurse Surgical Circulator - Orthopedic & Spine

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse Surgical Circulator specializing in Orthopedic and Spine to join our dynamic team. This role requires a competent nursing professional who can operate independently while effectively managing various aspects of patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Provide both routine and complex care, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations.
