USA Insulation, a leading provider of residential and commercial insulation products and services with over 70 locations across the country is seeking a professional sales consultant to join our team in AUSTIN, WACO, TEMPLE, KILLEEN! As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing at the time of presentation and book an install date while in the home.

Compensation:

· $60,000 - $200,000+ PER YEAR

The company will set appointments for you. Self generation is strongly encouraged and rewarded with increased commission. This is a 100% commission only position. Our most successful sales consultants run appointments 5-6 days per week. Year one compensation should be between 60K+-120K+. Earning potential is unlimited and many reps earn a six-figure income at USA Insulation.

• 3-5 years in home sales experience preferred
• Able to work independently
• Must have smart phone and working knowledge of mobile apps
• Previous CRM experience a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
