divh2Recording Document Specialist / h2pA Recording Document Specialist (RDS) is responsible for the examination, preparation and accurate timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of ePN (eRecording Partners) clients. Real estate documents include all documents related to real estate property that are placed on public record at a local County Recorder office. An RDS is also responsible for all functions associated with the submission process including but not limited to : / ppExamining documents for specified requirements / ppResearching online County indexes / ppTracking communication and modifications to Real Estate documents / ppBasic accounting and reconciliation of fees paid for daily work / ppEssential functions include : / ppRegular consistent attendance is required. / ppAbility to work a specified schedule anytime from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Pacific Monday through Friday. / ppMust be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company. / ppAbility to accept supervision. / ppAbility to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
