Emergency Medicine Physician

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum emergency physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in an hours drive of Charleston, KY. Coverage is needed immediately and ongoing until further notice.

Qualifications :

License requirements : KY license and DEA

Certification requirements : ABEM / AOBEM

Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) ACLS, PALS and ATLS but these are in the process of being removed if EM boarded

Job Summary :

Shift times : 630a-530p, 10a-10p, 630p-630a

Coverage Model : Physician and APC

Patient Volume : 35,000 annually; patients per hour : 1.5 to 2

EMR : Epic
