Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering through workshops and interviews, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria

Translate requirements into configurations for ITAM / HAM and related modules within ServiceNow

Oversee asset lifecycle management processes, ensuring compliance and vendor coordination

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow ITAM / HAM expertise

Proven track record in requirements gathering and implementation across SAM / HAM and CMDB

Strong process optimization skills, including ITIL and Lean methodologies

Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes and healthcare compliance

Experience with dashboard / reporting tools like Performance Analytics or Power BI
