Here’s what you’ll actually be doing:
Leading by example on the floor and behind the chair
Supporting the GM with team development, training, and daily operations
Tracking KPIs, driving membership sales, and boosting client retention
Handling the not-so-fun stuff: accountability, coaching, tough convos
Keeping our vibe alive—culture, cleanliness, and consistency, core values
Filling in the gaps when the GM’s off (and making them proud they can be)
We’re looking for someone who:
Bonus points if you:
– Have management or leadership experience in service or retail
– Can confidently say “we don’t do drama here” and mean it
