Opportunity Summary : Join our growing team at Origami! We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, high-quality care across our three Mid-Michigan based outpatient clinics. In this role, youll design and implement therapy services based on assessments and physician prescriptions, helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their recovery and wellness journey. Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to assist in transfers, gait, and mobility training.
