Domino's Pizza in Fenton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
- Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Support the store manager in staff scheduling, training, and development
- Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions to drive sales and improve efficiency
- Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach
