Summary:
  • Location: Remote and field visits required, sourced from Laredo, TX
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with possible overtime
  • Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension or conversion
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face assessments with members three days a week
  • Perform documentation tasks two days a week
  • Travel to members' homes for assessments and documentation
  • Complete and submit all forms and assessments within required turnaround times
  • Conduct outreach activities as needed
Requirements:
  • Must have pediatric experience
Required Skills:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification and licensure
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Home Health
