What You Bring to the Table: We're seeking a motivated, experienced professional who embodies the following qualities:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- A proven track record of mentoring, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished approach to customer service and conflict resolution.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to implement strategies and meet performance metrics.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential).
Your Role as Kitchen Manager As our Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our kitchen operations and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
