Outside Sales Representative

If you're driven to exceed sales goals, the Outside Sales Representative position at PuroClean could be for you. On target earnings in 12 months is $75,000, in year two $125,000, and in year three $200,000+. Compensation is a base + commission.

We are looking for an experienced outside sales representative that excels, competes, and appreciates accountability and competition. Our proven sales process will have you earning commissions in no time.

Appointment Setting - Setting up and attending appointments to move your prospects through our proven sales process is a primary responsibility. Get your prospects to refer us and our production team will crush it for you to close the deal.

Closing We provide all the leads. You'll meet with influencers like insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and adjusters face to face. Your job is to connect with them and build a long-term relationship.

Maintaining long-term relationships You'll nurture the relationship with prospects, develop them into raving fans, and follow up on all sales activity through telephone, email, in-person meetings. As the quantity and quality of these relationships grow, so will your paycheck.

Keeping track of the details - You'll be responsible for keeping our CRM up to date with details on your customer interactions and activities. This administrative work is important for keeping the leadership team in the loop and helping you be effective and successful in your sales activities.

When you follow our proven outside sales process, you will see results quickly. If you have experience doing route sales in any of the following industries, you'll be able to make a natural and quick transition to doing it for the restoration & remediation industry : P&C insurance, mortgage, auto glass sales, printing sales, food sales, corporate hotel sales, pharma sales, commercial pest control sales, route sales for car dealerships, etc. This is an outside sales position, and you will be expected to network, visit prospects' offices, and travel around the state. If you love dropping in on prospects, walking in, building that relationship, and making things happen, you'll get to do that all day long.

Our process has been proven not only by our owner, but by other sales reps on the team. It's not uncommon for an outside sales rep to build great relationships quickly and have the referrals start coming in. Because we're in the remediation industry, our clients only need us when disaster strikes. By being top of mind, we ensure that we get the phone call, and you get the commission. It's that simple.

Since this is business-to-business sales, you'll need to be available during the business hours of our prospects and clients. Some after-hours work may be required to attend networking events or other critical business functions.

Compensation for our Route Sales Representatives :

  • Base of $60,000 with target minimum earnings including commission of $75,000 in the first year (successful and driven sales reps have historically achieved $110K)
  • Income potential of $200K+ in subsequent years
