Title : Maintenance Lead Mechanic - Bakery

Location : Denver, CO (80216)

Hourly Pay : $35 - $40

Shift : We are hiring for all shifts.

  • 1st Shift - 6AM-2 : 30PM
  • 2nd Shift - 2PM - 10 : 30PM
  • 3rd Shift - 10PM - 6 : 30AM

Our portfolio includes some of the most recognized brands in the U.S. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Denver, CO.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on bakery production equipment, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
  • Rebuild complex components using equipment drawings / specs.
  • Modify and create CMMS work orders based on production needs.
  • Troubleshoot 480Vac and low-voltage control systems.
  • Supervise electrical system modifications and installations.
  • Fabricate and modify parts; Weld mild and stainless steel.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on pneumatic / hydraulic systems.

    • What You Need For This Job

  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing or bakery environments.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
  • Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulics.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and inventory systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
